Fairlead Audio Visual Refund Policy

At Fairlead Audio Visual, we are committed to providing the best event production services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes or cancellations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Deposit and Payment Terms
1.1 Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of [Insert %] is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers the initial planning, scheduling, and reservation of equipment and staff for your event. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable unless Fairlead Audio Visual cancels the service.

Less than 30 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

Less than 15 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, and the full amount of the booking is due.
2.2 Cancellation by Fairlead Audio Visual
In the unlikely event that Fairlead Audio Visual is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the option to reschedule the event or issue a full refund, including the deposit.
3. Changes to Event Details
If changes to the event date, location, or other significant details are made by the client after the booking has been confirmed, additional fees may apply. Fairlead Audio Visual reserves the right to assess any potential impact on the services and may offer alternative solutions. Refunds will not be provided for changes that fall outside of the initial agreement, though we will make every effort to accommodate your new requirements.
4. Force Majeure
Fairlead Audio Visual is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other events considered "Acts of God." In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event but cannot guarantee refunds.
5. Equipment Rental
All equipment rentals are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms as outlined above. If any rented equipment is damaged or lost during the event due to negligence or misuse, repair or replacement fees will be deducted from any refundable amounts.
6. No-Show Policy
If the client or event organizer does not show up on the scheduled event date without prior written notice, no refunds will be provided. The full amount of the booking will remain due and payable.
